The printings pages are full black. What is going wrong ?

The cartridge did not initialise correctly when it was inserted in the printer. To correct this problem, simply rotate the two small coloured plastic catches on the top of the cartridge upwards. You will find a detailed procedure in the related documents on the support site page.
