1- Check that the cartridge is compatible with your printer. Some references are sometimes very close and cartridges may have similar designs but different electronic chips. 2- Check that the cartridge is not a cartridge that you have already used, only unused cartridges will allow the printer to erase the "replace cartridge" message. 3- Switch the printer off and on again before reinstalling the cartridge. 4- Refer to the reset procedure available on this site in the "Related documents" section. 5- To return to related documents press ''previous''.
